GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Köylü Flail Shredder Machine is designed to shred plant residues (stubble) left in the field after harvest.

After crop harvesting, the machine breaks down the straw and plant residues left by the combine harvester into smaller pieces, allowing them to mix easily with the soil.

If required, the machine can also be used as a green grass cutting machine, making it a multi-purpose agricultural implement.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The machine operates using power from the tractor PTO (Power Take-Off) and is connected to the tractor through a three-point hitch system.

With its high-speed rotor system and durable hammer or blade mechanism, the machine performs the following operations:

• Shreds straw left after harvesting
• Breaks plant residues into uniform small pieces
• Allows easy mixing with the soil
• Returns organic matter back to the soil

This process supports soil biological activity and prepares a more productive soil structure for the next planting season.
