GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Köylü Flail Branch Shredder is a professional agricultural machine designed to shred pruning residues such as branches, vine roots, and sticks that emerge after pruning in apple orchards, citrus groves, and similar fruit plantations. It enables efficient cleaning of agricultural fields while also helping to utilize organic waste.

The machine can efficiently shred branches up to approximately 6 cm in thickness. Thanks to its double-sided working capability, it stands out from similar machines on the market by providing a wider working area and higher productivity.

Branches and plant residues produced after pruning can be shredded and returned to the soil as organic matter, or reduced in size for easier handling and transportation.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The machine operates using tractor PTO power, and branches are pulled into the machine through a hydraulic motor–assisted feeding system.

With its flail-type shredding mechanism, branches are rapidly and effectively crushed into small pieces.

In case of possible blockages, the operator can easily control the system using the reverse function directly from the tractor, without needing to leave the seat.

This feature improves operational safety and ensures continuous and uninterrupted operation during field work.
